Hello,

Another Balkan story about a man who didn't move from his house and backyard in Zagreb, but changed 7 states in his 90 years of life.
Born in Austro-Hungarian Imperia (lasted until October 1918)
Then: State of Slovenians, Croats and Serbs (lasted 18 days)
Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians (1918-1930)
Kingdom of Yugoslavia (1930-1941)
Independent State of Croatia 1941-1945
Yugoslavia 1945-1991
Croatia 1991 -

The Funniest part of this story is that he never travelled abroad and did not applied for the passport. If my great-grandmother lived couple years more she would have had on her account 9 states. You might find similar stories among the new states founded after the disintegration of the Yugoslavia.
