Excuse my english, I'm frnech bur I'll try to explain my problem:
My PC froze when I reboot it on the Windows screen (Windows98) I tryed to re-install windows ... unable
I tryed to rebuilt the PC ( FDISK ans format C http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gifO.K. but when I tryed to install Windows98 the PC froze ... I tryed to install Windows95 (the one I used before and works) same problem, the pc froze again.
I think I have a BIOS problem ... What can I do ????

I would look at the ram. You didn't say what the errors it was giveing you. but locking up on install might be caused by bad memory.

How far did you get in the Windows install? That may give some hints as to what is wrong.

My French is VERY limited...but Bienvenue a Sysopt!! (How's that? http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif )
