I saw a program somewhere over the holidays that would do this.

how do you print 2 different pictures on the same sheet of paper at one time? reason for this is to keep from wasting photo paper.
thanks,
David

Hi dab,
Most printers come with some kind of photo shop software. What kind of printer do you have? I you don't have any programs that came with the printer, I'm sure that you could accomplish this by using a program such as Paint Shop Pro. Maybe others know of a better program that will work better.
Good luck in all,

If you don't have PS Pro or another, MS Photo Editor allows you to select placement of pic on the page although you can only print one at a time. Make sure to let it dry well. I've done it this way, alternating a couple sheets thereby giving more dry time. This will eliminate a lot of paper waste.

well, I`m looking at the hp p1000, but havent bought it yet. Right now I have a hp 672C.
A guy at work has a hp 970cxi and it is amazing, cant even hear it run. I`ve tried to look this one up at the hp site and all they show is an se model, but it`s the same price as the p1000.

Adobe Photoshop will let you do most anything with photos...I made a collage from varies pictures of my daughter and printed it out put it over the picture on her mouse pad and she now has a custom made one..I used beckett satin paper because of the texture and finish..

dab - I have a HP 820Cse that does pretty well when aligned properly. I too have seen the new P1000 and P1100 and they are awesome! I hope to get a P1000 later when the price begin to soften a bit. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

if the p1000 is any better than the 970cxi, it`s gotta be one bad printer.

yea, I know what you mean, 400.00
looks like the 970 would be cheaper, same price.

I use Corel Photo Shop and I size the image, move it to a corner or edge and print. Then do the same with the other picture after turning the paper around. Why do u have to do it all at once?
ps- I do a print preview in black and white to make sure it works first then shove a sheet of that high dollar stuff in and go. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

I have Adobe Photo Deluxe Home Edition 3.0 and it does the same thing. Just prints it in the middle. I've been trying to figure out how to put multiple pictures on one page and i've found no way to do it. If anyone knows how please help. Thanks

When I used to use Adobe Photoshop I could never figure it out either. Just tweak them the way you want and "send to format" or "export" (I forget which) save as jpg etc. Then open and print with M$ Photo Editor. It's a pain but you won't have to aquire any new software. Just a thought.

I`ve played with adobe all night and I dont think you can do it either.

I saw a program, dont remember where, that you could fill up a page with several pictures and print at one time.

well, I learned something, and this might not be a hi-tech way of doing it but it works.

open corel WORD perfect, open the margins all the way. You then can open as many picture files as you want, move them around anywhere you want, fill the page, hit print and it works, go figure!

Hi dab,
I have WordPerfect myself and I don't know why it didn't don on me to suggest that. As long as it works well for you, look no further.
Best of luck,

I use adobe photo delux home edition. To print more than one pic just click on tile and it will print as many on the paper as it can. Solution 2 Cut your paper and adjust your print software for the paper size Solution 3 Use the stitch function grab as many pictures as you want stitch them together print it as one picture and cut, By using the clone feature you can put a white stripe beetween the pictures. Kinda involved. Best way just cut the paper before printing. Adjust the printer for the paper size.
