STUDIO PCTV PRO

After installing STUDIO PCTV PRO and the required software and updates I cannot get the card to work. When I double click the PCTV icon I get the following error message:

I have an ABIT KT7A-RAID MOTHERBOARD
RAGE FURY PRO AGP CARD
DURON 750 NOT oc
RAID 0 60G HARD DRIVES
SOUNDBLASTER LIVE MP3/5.1
384 RAM
Windows 98 SE

Windows Media Player which also uses quartz.dll works without incident. And yes, the card is in PCI slot 2 and nothing is in slot 3 so it has its own IRQ. All software test performed by the included software are successful.

It looks like part of your software is corrupted. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Studio PCTV Pro software? Don't do any updates, just install the software that came with the card.

The Quartz.dll file is part of Direct Play. What version of Direct X are you running, you might want to upgrade it to DX8.0a if it isn't there already.
