This HD is the old HD that was working in the pc before?You try booting from a floppy?to safe mode? Is it powering up in the old pc? Check your boot sequence?
Recheck the connections and that the cables are good?
If you get it to boot from a floppy, try running scandisk.

I was trying to get an old system backup it loads up every thing except when its at boot mode at time of loading windows it gives me this error i have checked the hard drive it works on the other computer also ive got my pci ide interface enabled in the bios and the settingfs are user defined can some one please help
