Does anyone know of any downloadable programs that record chat room conversations or general keystrokes while you type in anything?

I've used "PC#Protect" and it works pretty good. It logs windows opened, web addresses visited, keystrokes, and passwords. It runs in stealth mode in the background, and only you know it's working. It even encrypts the logfile if you want.
I got the demo from download.com (it limits logged keystrokes to 300), and to register for the full version is only $29 (I think).
