Yes i been see people talking about this program. What is it? Some sort of program to stop hackers???????

It's similar to a firewall. It stops hackers and gives you info about the person sending you possibly harmful info. It causes your ports to not be seen. Here are some links:

Have fun! i was suprised at the amount of times people try to access my IP address. I have a dialup connection and thus have a dynamic IP which is supposed to be more secure than someone that has cable or DSL (static IP address).
