OK silly question time. In the apperance settings for WIN95, 98 and NT where you can select the color scheme there is a listing for pallette title. I have tried to figure out what this is and I am stuck. Does anyone know what it does

i think what you are referring to is the name of the color palette ....? for instance, if you choose to specify your own custom colors and use them within windows, you can save the palette to a specific palette name that way if anyone changes the color palette or scheme, then you still have your custom colors saved.

Ok I have figured it out. When you open a second window, like when your in MS Word and you choose to show the WordArt toolbar. Well if it is not anchored to the actual toolbar but more of a "floating window" it is a "Palette" The only thing you can really change is the font and size of said font. It is kinda of funny that no one knew what this was though. Oh well to all a New year.
