I just got another computer from a friend that has Windows NT on it. I've had problems trying to remove NT and install 98. Any tips?

If NDC's link don't work in your case, I've used BC Wipe and Eraser before they became "shareware" and were free.

Here's a little one for free, never used it ...

Thanks Codybear. Seems to have done the trick. No glitches yet.

Why don't you repartition it? You can do that with FDISK. Just delete the old NT (non-DOS) partition and create a new partition for 98. No fuss, no muss. No cost.
