I need help! I'm ready to throw this thing out the window!!! socalgal 06-14-2001, 11:59 PM Do you have MSN Internet Access? I think trayclnt.exe = IA Manager. You may need to reconfigure MSN54. Create a manual dialer. Go to https://migration.msn.com/upgrade53/startupgrade.asp . You will be prompted for username, then click OK. Are you running ZoneAlarm? If so, are you allowing it to access the internet? Let us know if this helps (or if I'm way off base ;-) ) [This message has been edited by socalgal (edited 06-15-2001).] Frustrated in Anaheim 06-19-2001, 09:07 PM Hi SoCalGal, I updated MSN 5.4 and it did not help. When the pc freezes, I am still able to navigate using the keyboard, just not the mouse. Tonite beside Trayclnt there was another program that was not responding when it froze up. I forgot to write down the name. Sorry. If I update to Internet Explorer 5.5 thru the windows site, do you think that will help? dragonB 06-19-2001, 09:44 PM dont know about your problem, but updating from IE 5.01 to 5.5 gave me a bunch of troubles. dragonB Philip1952 06-20-2001, 06:32 AM If you are runnning win988 first edition. I have seen problems with IE5.5 on it also. IE 5.0 or 5.1 works pretty good. But IE5.5 doesn't play well for some reason. SysOpt.com
