When I downloaded ,a zip file, a manual to a mobo and then unzip it using coffee cup free zip wizard 2.0 I tried to open it and it said "Windows cannot find America this program is needed for opening files of type 'PDF files' Location of America" and it has a text box under that it has three buttuns "OK", "Cancel", and "Location". I don't know what to do help.

Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed? That is what reads pdf files. I would point the item to AcroRd32.exe (the acrobat exe file). This should be in c:\program files\adobe\acrobat 4.0\reader
