Get this,, Mom (76) e-mailed and told me to be sure to check my Regional settings in control panel for a four digit year. Sure nuff mine was on two digit. HP claims that it'll see a 2 digit year correctly, but I changed it to read 2000, not 00. DrVette

Huh? I ran a Y2K test, there was a system test (can't remember the name) that failed, I went into Regional Settings, changed the short date (even tho it says ok til 2029), and ran the test again, and the failed part didn't come up again.. ??? http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif

Maybe the test didn't know it was a display only date.
