Alan,
I use a small program called FTP explorer (640K). I have e-mailed it to you. If for some reason the e-mail doesn't work, it can be found at shareware.com under internet/ftp clients. There's also a few other free ones there. Another good place to go if you're not happy with this one is Nonags.com
If you have any questions about the program e-mail me and I will "try" to answer them.
