This code is usualy associated with video card trouble.
Occasionaly the display adaptor card works it's way out of the slot. Particularly AGP cards.
Try removing and then reinstalling the card.
If that doesn't do it, try substituting a known good one.

Award BIOS beep codes are rather limited. The majority of its POST routine generate error messages, not beeps.

The only documented beep code is a single long beep followed by two short beeps (a video card error). Any other beeps probably signal RAM (Random Access Memory) problems.

IBM beep code 1 long and 3 short suggest a video adapter card failure. Most beep codes are similar.

You have 2 possibilities - a bad video adapter card or faulty Ram (even though yours tested fine).

I'm inclined to believe it's your video adapter card but I also suspect your CPU.

Award Bios's have the following beep codes:

1 Long Beep: indicates a problem with memory in the first bank, usually an unseated memory module

1 Long, 2 Short: indicates a problem with the video card or the memory on it

1 Long, 3 short: also indicates a problem with video or the memory on video card

Continuous Beep: this usually indicates a problem with the memory, but sometimes is a video problem
