I was just talking about this with someone. That would make a great LAN gaming center. With a coding staff and replacing some of the consoles with PC hardware, you could run some killer space or sub combat sim games.

Another option is to go out into the Atlantic and play with the US SOSIS warning nets. Cruise that sucker right into NY harbor and surface next to a Statue of Liberty tour boat for kicks. Fun stuff.
