Remember those old Pentiums that had all those bugs like 2+2=39? Well, my p90 system doesn't exactly do 2+2=39, but it has other bugs which were noted upon installing Linux to it. One of these bugs is called the f00f bug. Intel says they'll do a lifetime exchange for free...

I'm just thinking that maybe this CPU will be worth a lot more than face value someday because it marks a point when Intel, all high and mighty made a pretty bad mistake. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

You guys should contact Intel in send those chips back. Chances are they'll send you one of their slowest CPU which will probably be a 300-350 PII.
