You might want to post at Anandtech that you want a version. There was a guy there that was selling all 4 versions (Beta 1 &2, RC1 & 2) He might still have it. He was asking $20.

Dec 9 I think. Supposedly, this version will be almost identical to the boxed version set to be released sometime.. March-April. Mntsnow 12-29-1999, 09:32 AM Netsurfer, FYI Win2K final has gone GOLD and is currently being sent to OEM manufacturers and the "Retail" version is set to be released on FEB 17th! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif Mntsnow ck42866 12-29-1999, 10:13 AM Will it be worth it for me to upgrade when it comes out? What are the advantages vs. disadvantages. And no, I am not interested in dual processor capabilities. Just wondering if you guys would know. netsurfer 12-29-1999, 10:19 AM I think it will be, but I hear it's going to be a lot more than $90 to upgrade. My friend is already using the MSDN version and I guess the TCP/IP stack was rigorously updated, so that with the same ISP, same modem, etc... he gets a lot less ping to one of his favorite online game servers. Aside from that, the NT security and stablity combined with win9x flexibility and gaming prowess will surely be interesting. Mtsnow: woo hoo!!! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif [This message has been edited by netsurfer (edited 12-29-1999).] SysOpt.com
