how much CPU power does TNT2/Q3a need?

I am running viper770 (regular, yet oc to ultra freq. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif & 2x 520 on BP6. I have set the Q3 to run on both CPUs. When I open the NT Task manager, found that two CPU's usage sometimes are both over 90%. Hi, Guys, I feel lucky I have two CPUs. Yet it seems still not enough... I am wondering how other ppl with only one Celery and less than 520 can survive...

how much CPU power does TNT2/Q3a need? Two Coppermine 800?
