I get this message when i boot up. I have gotten past it before by holding down power button for 5 seconds untill it shuts off (ATX Micron 1GHz) waiting 3 seconds then hitting power to turn back on. I was told by tech support that it is boot up sequence drives getting confused. He said to change first boot up to C drive but all i see in the BIOS settings are IDE-0,1,2,3, SCSI, CDROM, FLOPPY and some others i dont remember. Please help me !!! i absolutely do not want to partition or reformat (TONS of important work)
THX

IDE 0 = Drive C
IDE 1 = Drive D
IDE 2 = Drive E
IDE 3 = Drive F

The above all applies to physical drives only. A partitioned logical drive is NOT designated as the next IDE drive number, only as the next logical drive letter.
