OK I 'see' a ranking system, but just how many post's, if that is the factor, do I need to progress to the next rank?

Possibly not dreaming, BBA. The few times the board went down, some Members lost some/all of their posting status. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif

The best thing to do in this situation is to let us know ASAP, either by emailing me or using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to notify SysOpt, with the closest accurate number of posts you have made, and we'll do our best to correct it.

We won't know unless you tell us. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

Thats kinda true dpkenny, Someone could move up in the standings without really "helping" but for the most part our members here at SysOpt are the BEST anywhere!

Mntsnow
ps. the "bad" members usually dont stick around long enough to gain the "higher" rankings http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gif

Well, I was wondering about this too. Thanks for clearing up the mystery.

I have to say, however, that I think it's peculiar to reward quantity over quality.

Makes me think that someone could go from Junior Member to full-fledged MEMBER with a few nonsensical keypresses.
