Duel Modem Problem

I have 2 USR Courier V. Everything modems installed in my PC on 2 seperate phone lines.
1)In Com1 address 3F8
2)In Com4(PnP)
My ISP is free, no banners, no ads, no software downloads, no sign-up, nothing. On there homepage they give you a user name(guest) and a password(password).

One or the other will dial out to my ISP, and connect. I can connect with my second PC at the same time without a problem, but when I connect with both modems, in the same PC it dials up the first modem connects and then the second trys to connect but it quickly disconnects. It does not matter what modem I connect with first.

Is this something with the ISP or in my set-up?

Probably the ISP. I doubt any free ones will give you miltilinking.
