I am trying to use xing encoder to encode a mpg file to pal format. The file is 374MB but the encoding always finished at 11.6MB...? Anybody can help ??

Might want to share the error message? Or is there any. I used it some time (years) ago and I think there are encoder settings, perhaps you're encoding into some lame format which is like 2kb/s.
