Hello...
When trying to access my floppy drive, with a disk in it, it says 'A:\ is inaccessible' with a 'RETRY' and 'CANCEL' option. My drive is shown in Device Manager with no conflicts and there's the correct floppy drive controller too, again with no conflicts.
If I try accessing my floppy drive in Safe Mode - it works fine with no problems. I've even tried removing the floppy drive and its controller from Device Manager and allowing Windows to install it again, it does this fine but the problem remains...
I'm running Windows 98SE on a Compaq laptop.
If you can help - it would be greatly appreciated as I've run out of ideas! Please feel free to mail me or post your suggestions!
