freeing up more ram.

hi guys, its me again, the newbie =) my question is simple, How well do those ram freeing utilities work? are they an absolute waste of time?

I see no reason in using them...they don't help that much!

Well I have one of them sitting on my sytem, MEM Turbo, and in my humble opinion I dont find it much use to be honest. In fact it has cache tunning on it which only messes up my sytem.ini file settings.
