I recently built a K62-400 system with a AOpen AX59Pro motherboard and an ATX case.

Everything seems to be fine while the computer is running, but a few minutes after it is shutdown the power supply fan starts running. I have no idea what is causing this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your PS sounds flaky to me...can you remove it and take it back to the place that sold you the case?

I think I might have to return it, but I was hoping that would be a last resort since I just put everything in the case.
