STB Desktop TV is not compatable with Wavetop, though they claim it is on the box, on the website, and even on the soundtrack you listen to while on hold.
I've been going 'round with STB for weeks now with no end in sight.
This is just another example of computer-related merchandise being sold before full development, leaving us as un-witting financers of Research & Development, with no return except frustration.
I have gotten to the point where all I want is a refund and STB is stalling me on that also.
