eCost.com -- how reliable it is?

I was looking for a Sony MVC-FD88 Digital Mavica. I found it on www.ibuyer.net (http://www.ibuyer.net) from eCost.com for $756. The shipping and handling is free. I've never bought anything from eCost before and don't know if they are reliable. If anyone has purchased items from there before, I would really appreciate it if you could give me your opinions as to how reliable they are, and also how good is their customer service.
