CdCloning HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok im confused. I enter my mortal kombat 4 game into my regular cdrom drive, then i put a blank cd in my Cd-rw but y isnt it cloning??

1. If the game has copy protection you may not be able to copy it without special equipment and software.

2. Its usually better to write an image to your hard drive, then copy it to the CDR. Disc to Disc copying can sometimes be a problem.
