Gateway Logo

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the "gateway" logo which appears on the screen during bootup.I downloaded programs from Intel to create my own logo and convert it into a .usr file. During the conversion (from .bmp to .usr) the new logo is displayed on the screen but after I flash the user data area in the bios and reboot the gateway logo is still there and and no sign of my own.Any help, information or advice appriciated.

Go to www.freethemes.com (http://www.freethemes.com) and get any number of splash screens. Instructions for changing them are there too.
