My youngest daughter sent a Christmas list out to Santa Claus at the North Pole and got a wonderful response from the US Postal Service.

The included response was a very nice letter from Santa in her name, a legal letter sized list of all the children on his good list (with her name written in), a 4 pack of Crayons, and a coloring book for her to draw in.

I was real surprised when she opened the package...but she was more than I. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gif

Thank you, US Postal Service for making my daughters day!

And a very good cover-up, I might add. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

It's really wonderful. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

When I was a little boy we had custom to leave empty socks over night for Saint Nicolas to fill up. I remember staying almost all night wake to catch Santa but never managed to do so. My parents http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gifalways managed to surprise us with gifts and I know now how hard that was for them. My parents were poor and it was really hard for them to fulfil our wishes. (we all were good students).
In junior primary school we had to write letters to Santa and usually week before Christmas we had assembly and gift delivery. I will always remember my surprise reading letter with all school data about me and prise from Santa for that.

Long live Santa.
