SYStem Resources???

yeah you know the system resources thing. What effects that how come after i open a program than close it i notice the resources get lower and lower than eventually so low i got to reboot. How can you regain system resources??

Some programs leak RAM and there is no real way to get it back. The only way to restore your system back to its original resources, you must reboot.

In order to reclaim memory leakage, I've heard different things.

1. Reboot
2. Shutdown, then restart.

Which method, or does it matter?
