asx/asf vid clip problem

for some strange reason these formats will not play,(get sound but no video, its all jumbled and blurry..i have never had a problem with these in the past.and i do have the angelpotion codec installed.

specs:win98 se

media player v6.4

if anyone knows the answer or has suggestions, please post.thank you.

You could try downloading the new media player (7 I think). Couldn't hoit.
