fatal exception

Hi,
I have been getting FATAL EXCEPTION messages all the time, and i have now started to write them down, the first is
017f:bffaad0b does anyone know what this is, as i am unable to find it at microsoft's web site.

What Are Windows 95/98 Fatal Exception Errors

Windows does not cause these errors, but has the exception handling routine for that particular processor exception, which displays the above message.
