Is there a good partition package out there that is freeware?

I know I can use FDISK but don't you have to wipe out data for that. I'm looking for something in the way of Partition Magic and was wondering if there is any freeware out there.

I would recamend Ranish Partition Manager
. It has lot of features, and I've never hade any problems with it.
