prolly because they are not valid product keys fro the product you are trying to install. try calling microsoft to get a product key. you will need proof of purchase. if you are asking for a product key from one of us here, you are out of luck; we do not give out our product keys because we worked hard to get the money to buy the license and it's illegal for us to give you our product key.

The Product Keys you are getting work just fine. You have the wrong disc!
