I saw one of these in a time digital about 3 months ago (300 bucks for this one tho).
Its one of those things that was such a moneymaker and I was suprised that no one made em yet when i mentioned it (just like those hard to find AM/FM Discmans)
Thats another story tho.

Yep... I've heard of it.. the MamboX (http://www.mambox.com) one, right? I've signed up a few times on their web page to try to win one, and I'm hoping to get it. Otherwise, I'm sure it will be $180 well spent. It'll go great with my new CD burner http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif. I thought it was slated for release in December, though... oh well.. hopefully it'll be worth the wait!

$180 US? ****! Thats like 2 grand canadian.
But if the price is marginally less than insane, I'd love to have one of those babies.

Well I didn't check and see if anybody had already mentioned this but Sharp has a great solution to the mp3 player problem: That is that the media is so **** expensive...
They are now selling a MiniDisc player that will record you music (be it .wav, .mp3 or whatever - even voice) onto its miniDics (which we all know are dirt cheap)... This solution costs even less than $150 depending on the MiniDisc player you want to get...
~IlLogiK is never my fault...
