asus a7v, athalon 800, win98se. My system was working fine untill just a little bit ago. I just installed two 128 pc 133 ram sticks. I changed the dram mhz setting tin the bios to 133. When I tried installing a program in windows the system hung up. I went back into the bios and changed the cpu mhz to 133. Now bios won't boot, so I can't get in to fix whatever is wrong. Also, when I used turn my power center on, the cpu and system fans would start then shut down until I powered up the computer up. Now that doesn't happen. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get going again? Thanks.

You could try to reset the bios by either changing the jumper for resetting the bios (look in your manuak for where it is)or if you dont have your manual you can simply remove the cmos battery (which is the silver disc that looks like a watch battery) Take it out and leave it out for a few minutes. Then put the battery back in. This will reset the bios back to original specification.
It could be your power supply as you have said that even the fans dont come on anymore.
Try resetting the bios first and then take it from there.
