ASUSmb-AWARD bios- kt133 chipset-256 pc133sdram

Why in bios does cpu frequency say 100 and sdram freq. 133 IS it bottlenecking through ram? If I change cpu to 133 it changes sdram to 177 and locks up on boot . Is this truely running at 200 fsb with these settings?(100cpu fr.-133sdram fr.)
If so why isnt there any information to let you know that. If not can someone tell me how to get my advertised 200 fsb. please.

The Athlon's EV6 bus actually runs at 100 mhz, but due to running two signals per clock cycle (= DDR) they can sell it as having a 200 mhz bus, since it actually transfers data at the equivalent rate of 200 mhz. Your motherboard will recognize it as a 100mhz bus.

Your RAM is fine. It's not the bottleneck, unless you're using all of it all the time or running games like Total Annihilation.
