Well, you can provided that the memory bus is running at 100MHz and not 133. If the former is the case, then the PC133 will slow down and you'll be fine.

I have and it will work as long as the two sticks are the same type (EDO, SDRAM) and you aren't trying to make the PC100 perform up to PC133 specs. Set everything like it is all PC100 and it should work.

Of course all bets are off if you are overclocking and pushing the limits.
