In a previous post you may remember that I mentioned "SoftLock" a security method that creates a need for a need password each time a product is reinstalled. I had reformated my drive and reinstalled the software so the product with SoftLock no longer accepted the old password.
But I discovered that a simple call to SoftLock customer service, where I had to supply my name, the product#, and the new SoftLock ID# (that was generated when I reinstalled), and they ran that through their encryption and gave me a new password - simple as that.
They said anytime I reinstalled or had a problem to just give them a call.
