80fps in crusher? a 166mmx? I don't even think so. Not unless you got a couple of Kryotech freezers on it and it's overclocked to about 600-700mhz.
Am I reading this Correctly, or am I still tripping from last night? http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gif 80fps on a P166? Hmmm....

and with a voodoo banshee chipset which in every machine i have ever had and i have had a voodoo banshee in about 3machines over time and now have a v3 2000pci (soon to be a v4 http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif )
the voodoo banshee in 800x600 16bit color will do right around 27-30~ +- 5fps
dont give us this kinda **** man... i have had 2 different brands of voodoo banshee boards as well... Quantum3d,and Guillemot.

Strange I had a P166 MMX and with extreme tweaking, spins and turns I only got around 15-30fps and it was running Unreal at 800x600... how did you managed to get all the way to 80fps?
I'm really curious about it...

I am curious how you got a P1 166 to go faster than Plll or was P111 handycapped some way.

c'mon guys. His pIII must be underclocked to 133. Thats the only logical explanation......I think.

If the Hampster gets its energy from spinach, and the spinach gets fertilzer from the hampster (yup), then one relies on the other. That means they are in a symbiant circle. This thread was started by skywalker, so we know were the hampster and the spinach learned to help each other. "Skywalker, overclocked your hampster may be, a jedi never be you will!"

this is odd
i overclocked it to 200mhz and now it says 31FPS
the faster you run a hampster, the less effiecent it becomes. finally we learned something from this thread! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

but rl, what if the hampster was run faster, but just hadn't had his spinach? The symbiant circle was broken...!

nooo goddd noooo!
time to up the spinach, make sure the coolings ok, cause flapping hampster jaws get real hot! i wouldnt go above 2.4v (v=vats of spinach) with that old of a hampster

it's the space hamster from mars come to dominate the earth ruuuuuunn FFOooooooooooorrrrrr yourrrrrrrrrrrrrr LLLliVvveeeesSssss
well of course they are here, they ran out of super spinach, and they are going to kill skywalker's hampster because he, obviousy, consumed more then his fair share. and this would also explain the extreme speed http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

what the heck is this all about........
i think it would be best to let it run rc5 (run-for-cheese 5) for a while, and then test using the internal heat sensor, just hope the jaws dont lock up http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Guys, if it's what he's happy with and what he wants, then good! Not everyone needs a high-end machine.

hey i only want high end machines
it got a 2month old Nokia 17" and a sb live platinum

Yeah, but did they come with a hampster? Even if they did, was food given too?
Wee all want the best for our hampsters... it is well know though, that a really good hampster will run at several thousand volts while rc'n...
he has a point, i mean i would rather have my 541mzh with a 15" hampster then a 166mhz with a 17" sewer rat... i mean come on. and i got mine with 5 pounds of potent holiday spinach!
Well I've been silent on the hamster phenomenon thus far. I hope I'm not too late to be fashionably late.
Notes to self:
Do not try to retrofit Kryotec technology to uncompatible hamster (ie, live ones.)
Little animal = little doses of steroids. Oh, the humanity.
Do NOT shave hamster....The smell of burning hair used as a last-line over heating warning defence far out ways the benifit of a streamlined rodent.
Display "gerbil in microwave" ( http://www.joecartoon.com/download/dlgerbil.html ) to hamster in hopes to motivate.
if you havn't seen this, you have to....and the rest of them, they fan-freak'n-tastic!!!! www.joecartoon.com (http://www.joecartoon.com)
sooooooo, funny!

He's way more areodynamic when running around the cage. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Oh my god:
I thought overclocking was using an electric sander on your hamster.
Now the picture is so much clearer.
I tried it once you know (overclocking ,not sanding )but my hamster kept hitting his head on the glass,It knocked him out every time.
OooHH well (sigh) I will just have to plod along with my celery 300a (no spinich for me)
