I have a VIA Apollo Pro133A chipset, and have installed the 4in1drivers. This includes the Via bus master driver. Under device manager there are 3 listings Primary IDE (duel fifo),Secondary IDE(duel fifo), and Via bus master driver. I am having problems with extracting large archives and files on my hard drive(crc errors even though it will work if I reboot and try again). Are all of these suppossed to be installed. Do I need the VIA driver and if not how do I uninstall it? Thanx in advance!

Depends on your operating system. I have 98 and ME running on VIA chipsets - the VIA bus master driver is not installed on either. I have read that the VIA drivers are slower. To uninstall, just run the 4 in 1 setup again. It will give you an option to uninstall.
