Ms Word issue

OK this one's got me scratching my head...
Heres the problem when I start Word I get the error msg not enough memory to run program... I've seen this error and have been able to fix it in the past but cannot remember what I had to do to fix it. Any ideas would be great.

Usually, this error occurs because of a serious memory leak from some other program crashing, or just a general memory leak. The only real way to fix this is to either find the program that's leaking, and get a patch to plug it up, or, just reboot evertime (which can be a pain in the ***). Good luck to ya!
