No problems. you can mix and match. PC133 is fully backward-compatible.

Dave Roy Wilkins 01-29-2001, 05:27 PM Thank you all for the input, im using intel pentium 500mhz processor... Barney 01-29-2001, 05:38 PM No problem, that thing will take all memory. Ronald Roy Wilkins 01-30-2001, 12:37 AM Hi all, right now I have a stick of 128 mb pc100 in my mobo & im thinking buying another stick of 128mb, but this time it will be a pc133mhz memory. Can i mixed them w/o messing up my computer? so that I will have a 256 total of memory (128mb pc100 +128mb pc133)= 256,,,thxs for any input Jonty 01-30-2001, 12:49 AM I was pondering this same question and as far as I know, it will be OK to mix them, the only thing being is that the whole memory will run at the lowest rating, ie 100mhz. Barney 01-30-2001, 12:49 AM I don't think it would be a problem. I think that different brands memory would be even a bigger concern. Even that probably wouldn't be a problem. Do you run with an AMD Athlon (Classic, Duron, Thunderbird)? Athlon sysyems are a little picky on memory, it usually doesn't like the cheap ****. Ronald tanthalis 01-31-2001, 12:06 AM Just an FYI, it really depends on your board, some can, some can't do that. SysOpt.com
