Power to Pc but nothing else

I have a Pc which has the power going to the power supply and the fans are working ok and the monitor is getting power but everything else is dead - I have reset all the connections but still no joy - I need help!!
It is a 32mb 266mhz celeron processor it had been working up to about 3 months ago. It has been sitting in a garage - so it has been below room temp at times. The pc was a clone and bought about 2 years ago. I replaced a fuse in it 4 months ago. It has had no new hardware added

We need a few more details about your system, what type of pc is it? did anything happen to make it go dead, installed new hardware, removed hardware, etc?

But you could start with making sure that the CPU and RAM are installed properly as well.

Is this a new PC that was just put together or is it a system that has been running and has failed?
