anybody here about the elf bowl exe virus? it is supposed to activate on x-mas day.....could this be true?.....did a virus scan on it..nothing........

I hope not. I (we) play that thing at least a dozen times a day. Also, I use virus scan to check all my attachments and downloads. Nothing..... So, viva la ElfBowl... It is as smokin1 says, a trojan or virus can be bundled into an otherwise cool game and unsuspectedly passed along.
