kernel32.dll problem

when ever i close netscape i get the kernel32.dll problem and i can't close this window it always pops up and i can't use ctrl alt del either what do i do

I hate to say it but this very problem is what drove me from Netscape to IE. I had this problem and the only fix was to remove Netscape and reinstall it (as far as I could find). I got it less frequently with NS 4.76 than any other version but it still occured. Uninstall the app, clean the registry and then reinstall Netscape. Simplistic but it worked for me....
