Is there an easy way to determine/alter associated file extensions in Windoze?

I know how to manually change associated extentions in Windoze, but latey it's getting to be a real pain with 2, 3, or more programs wanting to be associated with the same file extensions.

Anyone know of a utility that can tell me a list of the file extentions, what's associated with them, and let me change that info?

Well, how do you change your associations now?

From win explorer you can go to view, folder options, file types...

Or, I just go to windoze explorer, and find a file of the type I want to change. Then hold down the shift key. While holding down the shift key, RIGHT click on the file. By holding the shift key, you add a "open with" option to the drop down menu. Click on open with, and then select the program with which you want to open.

Hopefully this wasn't the way you already did it. If it is then......DOH! Ooppss
