Black start up logo (Win2K)??

what happened to the Win2000 Professional logo from my start menu?

ok, got it! TweakUI moved things out of the menu and there's not enough space for the logo. Not a big deal, but curiousssssss.

Hi,
What file in w2k would i have to edit, to be able to get rid of the logo screen, or at the very least reduce the time that it shows it. BTW does reducing or getting rid of this logo decrease the startup time???.

Yep, did that one too. Thought it was Nortons. Don't know why it does that though.

I don't know how to get rid of the logo screen. However, in regards to boot up time, I doubt that'll have an effect. While the logo screen in showing, a lot of files are getting loaded into RAM, and some processes are starting as well. Even with my p3 (800 MHz) and 384 MBs of RAM, it still takes close to a minute to boot up into Win2k.
