need help posting results on this board

I had no problem in posting my 3dmark2000 results using cut and paste. I save the results to a text file, opened the test file in Word, Started my reply to the post, swapped to Word, highlighted and copied the text file to the ClipBoard, and then using CONTROL 'V' keys, pasted the text into the body of the reply.

i am trying to post my 3dmark2000 results on the link and cant figure out how to get them to post. i saved the results as a .txt file but cant get them to paste into the mesage box. please help http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

i have tried to save the results as a .txt file and a .doc file. when i try to open it w/ word or the clipboard i get some kind of goofy symbols for the text??????????? (looks like windings)

UBB doesn't let you paste in- you have to put it on the net, then link to it. look at this code to figure out how:
